(台州金舵船业有限公司) (“Golden Shipyard”, “we”, “us”), a ship brokerage and newbuilding trading house with its office at Juding International Plaza, Unit 616, Taizhou, Zhejiang, China (“we”, “us”). Information we collect
- Enquiry details you submit — name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, company and the content of your message, when you use our enquiry or contact forms.
- Basic technical data — IP address and browser information recorded automatically by our web server for security and diagnostics.
How we use it
- To respond to your vessel enquiries and provide brokerage services you request (performance of pre-contract steps at your request).
- To keep an internal record of enquiries handled by our sales desk (our legitimate interest in running the business).
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except service providers that deliver our email and website infrastructure, or where required by law.
Data retention
Enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months from our last contact with you, unless the enquiry leads to a transaction (in which case records are kept as required for business and tax purposes) or you ask us to delete them sooner.
